GUEST MANAGEMENT
First of all, we want to understand your wedding ideas. We will send you a form to get to know you better and understand your priorities and your tastes before we dive into the organisation.
We will prepare a bespoke budget for your wedding, that is adjusted to the spending limit that you set. That means, from the first moment you will know how much your wedding is going to cost. In turn, we will inform you of all the services that are usually hired and we will help you decide which ones are worth investing in and which ones are not.
We will share with you a document where you will always have your budget available, where you can also fill in your guest list and where you can manage confirmations, sending invitations, special menus and much more. At Oheme we are completely digital!

DOCUMENTATION
In a wedding you have to perform a multitude of tasks and it is impossible to do them all at once. We will manage them in time so that you do not get overwhelmed at any moment.
We will advise and help you with all the decisions that you have not made yet, such as the wedding date, the venue, schedules, etc. so that all the pieces fit together.
We will advise you on the necessary paperwork to get married. We will investigate what documents you need to complete, tell you where to get them and where to deliver them.

DECOR
We will help you find your ideal suppliers and advise you of the best professionals you can trust to offer you good service on your wedding day.
We will also manage the hiring and be in continuous contact with them on your behalf. We do not want you to stress! Leave the stress for us!
We will help you choose and find a dress, accessories, bouquet or whatever you need.
We will put all our ideas and creativity at your disposal for everything that has to do with the decoration of your wedding, as well as the best professionals in flowers, furniture, lighting, wedding stationery, etc.

PRODUCTION
DURING THE WEEK
AND THE WEDDING DAY
We will help you plan the wedding timetable (bus schedules, how long the cocktail/dinner/dancing last, what time the makeup artist should arrive, the best time for the photo session, etc.).
The week of the wedding we will call all the suppliers, inform them of how everything is going to happen, organise their working hours, close the pending payments and meet with you to inform you of everything and summarize the last details.
On the day of the wedding, 2 Oheme coordinators will attend (* included in the price of our service) to coordinate all the providers so that everything goes as it should. We will deal with anything that comes up that day and help you with everything you need.
The big question: How much does it cost?
We could give you a specific amount, but that would show we’re not good organizers and advisors. To understand if we fit into your plans, we need to get to know you, understand your needs, and find out what budget you’d like to invest in your wedding. That’s why we ask you to contact us. We’ll send you a brief questionnaire and study your case with great care.
In any case, we offer payment options so you don’t have to make large upfront payments, so don’t worry!

Don’t worry! We’ve been organizing weddings since 2012, so we have the experience and work with professionals who do too. We know how to discover and find what you need. We know how to fit your budget for your peace of mind.
As for you, you can be as involved or uninvolved in the wedding planning as you like. We want you to participate to the extent you want or are able, whether that means taking an active role and just needing our advice, or letting us handle absolutely everything while you sip a daiquiri in the Bahamas!
